This week I ask! Are those of Mormon faith able to separate Their religion form
there duty as heads of state or city' s? I was accused of being a bigot.
I'm sure the person who accused me was acting out of some mistaken unfortunate
lack of knowledge of how the press and our country works.
The truth is we have the right, how be it, the obligation, to ask those in charge of
our futures if they can act with out bias. This is a question I ask in a press release
sent out to members of the press just this week.
Accusing someone of bigotry is usually associated with some act of bigotry not
merely asking a question of some city officials that seem to be acting in a manner
that is questionably bias.

"How dare you!" A question ask by city council members Mayor Evens and Mr
Edmonson as they hammer a citizen of California city. How dare you scare old women
and children is the cry from city council members as they badger and torment a man
who dare questions words printed in a recent news article by the Mojave press. The
words of the water and roads department head, were "we will charge 20.000 to
40.000 for sewer hook ups to citizen of California City where needed".
When a lone Citizen questioned this, remarking that it be easier if the city find
another way to charge the citizen. The head honcho of California City and his side
kick decided they would chastise this man for his disregard for old women and
children. "How dare you" among other things was the cry that led the charge to
batter and punish anyone questioning the acts of officials in our city, even though it
was the city head of water and roads that made the statements.
Mr Edmonson went on about how he had Shunned this man at the airport he
repeatably said he had shunned this man. Shunned A word used to show disdain and
anger a word used to belittle and chastise a word that should never be used by
anyone setting on any city council at any time period. Hr Evens is Mayor of California
City and should never use a threatening tone with any one, never the less chastise
a citizen of our city for questioning a city official.
The Mayor should read the paper in his own city. The reason we have a city council
is to help solve problems not rule over us and belittle us. Comer more caring minds
should over see our problems not men like these. Stay tuned this has the makings
of a great documentary on how small city's govern and how they form there
governments . Who is really running our city's and how?
